You are wrong to allow the narrative to discourage you. Why, because I was you. What makes us different today? I took an active role in reprogramming my mind, so I no longer gave in to the negative words and disempowering conversations.

Develop five questions that you can ask yourself every morning, noon and night. These questions are designed to help reprogram your mind for positivity:
- How am I feeling right now?
- Who have I helped today?
- Am I taking care of my health?
- Is this work in line with my mission?
Develop 3 words that describe your ideal self, for example:
What I do next is set an alarm on my iPhone. Each time the alarm sounds I read those five questions and the three words. This system has helped me not only to think positively but dance with my anxiety.
This system combined with your actions is what recondition your mind for success.
