I have posted these narratives in my office so I never forget. So that I always remember what a disempowering story looks like. So the second that my internal conversation begins to dive into I should have done..., I can immediately pull out of the nose dive.

But fear is not your enemy. It’s the one relic that you can rely on to keep you safe from harm. What erodes your chances of success is your disempowering story which feeds you fear. And the quickest strategy to arrest that narrative is to pay close attention to your internal conversation so you swiftly divorce that conversation.

Print this list above or write it down or better yet memorize it. So when you notice your internal conversation matching the verbiage above you can quickly divorce the discussion. Your success depends on it.
